Our Navigator team was beyond delighted to win the Tackling Inequalities award category at the recent Scottish Health Awards. The glittering event in Edinburgh was attended by members of the Navigator team the Senior Management Team and the MAV Board. Their award was announced by the Minister for Public Health, Women’s Health and Sport Maree Todd MSP and presented by the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care Humza Yousaf MSP. 

Our whole team was humbled by the efforts of all of the other prize winners and nominees to improve outcomes across health and social care.
