We’re helping professionals who come into contact with those affected by domestic abuse have the confidence to ASC.
Our preference is to run training in a 'train the trainers' format. This format allows for a lot of discussion and at the end of it you will be able to deliver a 45-60 minute presentation in your workplace. This format allows us to reach many more people and ensures that your whole workplace can be more aware and ready to respond.
We can also deliver training to larger groups and often use this format when delivering training to undergraduate students. We have trained many years of medical, dental and pharmacy students using this format. While large group teaching doesn't equip the students to pass training on to others it does raise awareness of an issue that everyone finds difficult to approach and increases confidence to ask the question.
